How are my chains guaranteed to be of the highest quality? I'm skeptical because your prices are so cheap!

We would be too if we were in your shoes! But we've been in the industry for many years and have a keen eye on what's low and high quality. There are many wholesalers out there who will sell their chains as solid gold high quality material, when in fact when you carry them, they're clearly only plated or vermeil.

We always also carefully weigh our jewelry but if you're not satisfied, we will happily accept unworn and undamaged returned merchandise within 30 days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free and there is no minimum! We want to thank you for being a valued customers, and this is only one of the ways in which we can give back for your business. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only do domestic shipping in the United States. 

How long does shipping take?

Items will be shipped out within 3-4 days.

Returns and Exchanges

What is our return policy?

We will happily accept any unworn and undamaged items within 30 days from the date purchased and will provide a refund from the original method of payment. Simply send us an email at returns@onestagold.com for any returns. 

We will however, need to include a 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
